When I worked at Microsoft I got used to many perks, but I think the ultimate benefit (apart from access to bleeding edge technology, working with some very passionate people, and the free softdrink) was the great chairs that we had.

I can safely say the Aeron is the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in!  And they look great too!  I know I was more productive whilst sitting in an Aeron… does anyone have any ROI studies on Aeron chairs yet?  It is time to put a business case!

The reason I mention it is that over at Creating Passionate Users, there is a post about how your work environment can positively (or negatively) affect your performance.  So very very true.
